Replacement Eligibility
Our Replacement Policy allows you to request a replacement of the product if it is found to have manufacturing defects or functional defects
and the same is notified via email to support@hyperlab.life within 6 months of delivery date of the purchase.
Conditions REQUIREMENTS
- Products with manufacturing defects or functional defects only are eligible for replacement.
- We do not offer replacements for products which are found to have physical damage or liquid damage due to improper handling of the user.
RePLACEMENT Process
- Contact Us: Email us at support@hyperlab.life within 6-months of receiving your order if the product is found to be defective. Include your order number along with the email.
- Assessment: Our team will review your request and may ask for additional details to verify the issue.
- Pickup: The product will be picked up by our logistics team.
- Replacement: If your request is approved, we will notify you and ship a replacement product to you within 7 business days of receiving the returned package.
